Core Concept

You play as Eseria, a Daeva serving the Goddess of Life, Orilfen. You were sent into an underground fortress run by an insane Irel (anthropomorphic cat people) named Isevr. As you descend the cold stone stairs and into the depths of the earth, you feel your connection to Orilfen weaken and eventually fade into nothingness.

You are separated from your wingmate, Yuriel, as a deafening sound floods the cavernous divide. The dark cave fills with a blinding light as an explosion erupts from behind you, sending both you and Yuriel flying, but more importantly, sealing off your exit.

Alone and with a newfound limit to your power, will you be able to defeat Isevr and escape his underground fortress?

Main Characters

Eseria

A responsible Daeva serving Orilfen. She was known for her reliability, but in recent times has been slacking off, tired of doing dirty work for others. She has almost reobtained all of her Mira, and will be retiring soon.

Yuriel

A younger Daeva than Eseria, but still dependable when you need her most. She's well known for her healing magic, and serves as Eseria's most common wingmate. She actually has a credit of Mira from Orilfen for her work, but continues primarily because she would feel like she was letting her wingmates down otherwise.

Aura

The 16th Wingmaster of Orilfen. She manages the region around Isorel and Eien, and is the Daeva responsible for sending Eseria and Yuriel into Isevr's underground fortress. She seems to favor Eseria.

Orilfen

The Goddess of Life herself. She presides over Life, deciding at which time individuals will die. She works closely with the Goddess of Death, Visbaro (tentative name), and together they handle bringing souls into the Afterlife. They have taken note of Isevr and his dark magics, and sent Eseria and Yuriel to investigate.

Isevr

A dangerous Irel who kidnaps and kills people in the cover of night. He hides in his fortress, which he has shrouded from the gods using advanced Inhibition Generators. His motivations are not well-known, but he has shown great interest in Blood Magic and only those unfortunate enough to have been trapped in his infernal complex know the terrible evil he is brewing.

Big thanks to Jovanny Lemonad for making his Philosopher font (the one used on this very website!) available for free on Google Fonts. He has made over 100 fonts, so if you're interested in that sort of thing, please check him out. As a font enjoyer/creater myself, I really appreciate his work.
